LOE timeline and cost
zeb delivery

From LOE to timeline and cost.

Drop in a story-based LOE markdown file. We batch the dependency tree, price the ECUs, and show every step of the calculation. Edit stories or the markdown right here - everything recomputes live.

Data checks

Circular dependencies, unknown references, and band mismatches surface here the moment they appear. Fix them in the editor below and the check clears.

Pricing

Standard rate is $350 per ECU. Sales applies the live rate - this is scenario pricing.

Timeline dials

How many stories run at once. Default is 8 on every engagement. Raising it expedites the timeline and raises the ECU rate by the same percentage - faster delivery costs more.
From the framework's ECU-to-hours bridge: one ECU is 2 to 4 hours of work, calibrated from delivery actuals. 3 is the table midpoint; 4 the conservative end. Weeks = ECU x hours / 40-hour week. Used for the timeline only - never for pricing.

Engagement editor

Click a row to expand description, dependencies, and notes. Changing the band sets the ECU. Every edit updates the markdown and recomputes the timeline.

Edits here re-parse the whole document. Story edits made in the Stories view are already reflected below.

Batch plan - how the work sequences

Each batch waits for the one before it. Inside a batch, stories run in parallel up to the concurrency cap - when a batch exceeds the cap, it runs in waves and takes proportionally longer. The lime pill is the pace setter.

Complexity bands in this LOE

Bands come from the delivery rubric. Each band maps to a fixed ECU value - no interpolation.
